On the Sea

On Wednesday we went on a Jazz mini cruise where we got to see the coast line of Barcelona. There was a nice breeze and we got to sit at the edge of the boat. The Jazz music turned out being one guy with a saxophone but it was still nice. The cruise lasted for about an hour and a half and it felt amazing.

These buildings are Barcelona's largest towers. One houses a hotel and the other is office space. La Sagrada Familia is supposed to be taller than both of them when it is finished in 2026.

This is one of the ports in Barcelona. There are a lot of tourist here and really expensive restaurants.

On our way back from the cruise we decided to try out Barcelona's Hardrock. They told us it would be an hour wait but it turned out being a two hour wait and we were STARVING by the time we sat down. Thirty minutes later we got our food which was heaven on earth. Having a real burger was well worth the wait and money (14.50 euro a burger = $20.38). By far our most expensive meal in Barcelona but it beats that other stuff we were trying. I was also wanting to get a t-shirt for my parents but they were more expensive than the meal! 25 euro for a simple t-shirt? No way. I can get something way more awesome for 25 euro

After Hardrock we went back to Jeremy's apartment and I got this awesome shot of Barcelona at night.
